So regt es sich im tiefsten Norden, dort wo der Schnee immer liegt. Vom höchstem Berge steigt der frostige Gesell herab. Zum Fuß des Berges, wo seine Veste liegt. Er schürt das Feuer, die eisigen Hallen erstrahlen im tiefen Blau des Feuers, ein kaltes Feuer, welches das Väterchen nur für einen alten Freund entfacht.

Welcome Boreas in my reich. Come Boreas sit down at my cold fire. The glimmer, the smoke unseen...
Boreas my old friend, the time has come we have to leave.

A deep sleep falls over the land. The rivers stilled - trees dead, the nature bounded.

With my breath the world becomes white. When my hands reach the earth everything dies.

TRANSLATION

Commotion in the deepest North, high up in the realms of perpetual snow. The frosty companion is descending from the hightest top down toward the bottom of the mountain where his fortification awaits the arrival. Stiring the fires, the icy halls radiate in deepest blue; it is cold fires Father Frost fans for an old friend solely.
